Having worked with hundreds of teams in over a hundred organisations, experience has taught me to make sure the basics are sorted before focussing on the detail or incorporating current trends. In short, any successful transformation, personal, team or organisation, depends upon the ability of those involved to create the right conditions for the shift desired.
